Based in London for nearly two decades, Ester has worked across the international film and television landscape - from development and production to sales, acquisitions, and marketing.
She began her career in publishing, and as a translator and interpreter, before moving into screen content. Her path has taken her through companies including Banijay, Thousand Films, Sid Gentle, MUBI, Dogwoof, Film London and Met Film Production.
A graduate of the National Film and Television School's Script Development programme, Ester is passionate about identifying talent, shaping bold projects, and connecting stories with global audiences.
Fluent in English, Spanish, and Catalan, with strong working French and basic conversational Danish and Portuguese, she brings editorial sensitivity, cultural fluency, and commercial acumen to every collaboration.
